Cold, starving and abandoned puppies...Rescued Just In Time

We got informed that 12 puppies and a mother were found at abandoned construction site .
We were able to rescue 10 puppies before it got dark and even colder.
Unfortunately 1 pup had already died due to -12 degrees Celsius and hunger.
The mother and one pup ran away and hide so we couldn’t take them with us that night.
First thing the next morning, we came back for the rest of the family. The mother was also rescued and sterilized, she and her pups are together in our warm shelter waiting for adoption .
