- What mood am I in? Try not to deal with your problems or worries when you're in a bad or low mood - come back to it when you feel better. If you have the self control to do this, this is life changing!

- Will this matter a year from now? Will you even remember this a year from now?

- Do I have control over the situation or outcome? If so, then do something to make it better. If not, let it go.

- Can anyone help me? This has been the hardest thing for me - acknowledging that I need help and getting it. Chances are, whatever you're going through there is someone out there who can help you. You don't have to do it all on your own.
