Convert Story and Community Support! ~ Personal Story

I was humbled to be asked to speak at the Second Annual Spiritual Journey Conference in London, Ontario on a convert panel. I chose to talk about the importance of community support and creating connections with converts. This is a topic I am very passionate about as I believe the muslim community helped ground me as my world was turning upside down after my shahada. We all need to be a little more accepting, supportive and less judgmental of each other.
