After Ed Bolian set the record for the NY to LA Cannonball Run he discovered another band of outlaws that had taken a different approach to paying homage to the legendary races of the 1970s. He decided to try to find a car to participate in their low budget cross country race - The 2904. He found this 12 owner, 2 accident, salvage title S55 with the airbags previously deployed and the frame damaged on Craigslist Las Vegas and bought it for $1,500.
