Harry attempt to prosecute the publisher of the sun, alleging that journalists working for the tabloid harked into voice mail and illegally targeted him using private investigators over several decades.

Murdoch's firm is trying to block the case technically, arguing that, Harry waited too long to file his legal papers. According to Harry, The royal family privately agreed not to sue the sun and the news of the world over the phone hack. In exchange, the royal family would receive apologies and letter payments as a reward for staying out of Court.
