An incredible beginning. A fantastic history. The most successful hockey club in the modern era. The most controversial. The best supported. 

In just 20 years the Steelers have experienced the highs and lows, and have the most fascinating story. If you were writing a film script then the stars of the club’s history would be Ron Shudra, Tommy Plommer, Tim Cranston, Mike Blaisdell and
Dennis Vial.

Well, all those stars and a lot more were there for real as the Steelers celebrated their 20th anniversary at the Arena. The biggest and best names in the club's history flew in from all over the world so as not to miss the biggest party the Steelers had ever held. They wore the Steelers uniform for one last time and entertained us with an exhibition game against the Cardiff Devils legends.
 
There was so much more to the day as the Steelers of tomorrow showed off their skills pre-game and, of course, one of the true Steelers greats, the Duke Tommy Plommer, saw his shirt raised into the rafters, the ultimate honor for any hockey player.
 

We will take you behind the scenes with an access all areas pass. Take you to the Steelers shirt launch where Mike Peron paid a visit. You will share a drink (or two) with the Steelers as they meet up for a social gathering at the Holiday Inn and, of course, take you into the legends locker room for all the gossip, banter, and chat from the Steelers greats of the last 20 years.

We will have game highlights, stories, laughter, and emotion. One day, one game, one event celebrating so much history, so much success and so many good times.
