PeopleSoft customers put a lot of effort into getting current through upgrades and image updates. But if your application is still heavily customized, you may be reluctant to stay current due to the major effort in retrofitting your customizations. In this presentation, we'll look at the typical customization use cases and how those can be transformed into delivered functionality or isolated bolt on code.

• Understand delivered Enterprise Components that can be used to Eliminate customizations. Understand PeopleTools options for Isolating customizations. • We'll examine Page and Field Configurator, Forms and Approval, Activity Guides, Portal Technologies, Related Content/Actions, Drop Zones, Event Mapping, and Pluggable App Engine
• Typical lifecycle of customizations retrofitting and why many customers are moving away from it.
