Supreme Court Decides AGAINST Ending U.S. Democracy in Moore v. Harper Decision

The Supreme Court announced a decision regarding the case of Moore v. Harper, and thankfully, the worst case scenario has been averted. In a 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court has decided to not embrace a democracy-ending theory known as "independent state legislature theory."
