Lorenzo Giustino forfeits 3 games due to cramping in Seville Challenger 2014

Lorenzo Giustino started cramping in the third set of his R16 match against David Vega Hernandez in the Seville Challenger 2014.

At *3-1 he went down and got treatment. After the treatment the score is 3-4*. The rulebook states that a player has to forfeit as many games as are needed for him to receive proper treatment. Please note that these are not game penalties.
