Pancit Malabon (like Pancit Luglug and Pancit Palabok)

Pancit Malabon Recipe is a type of pancit that originated from the town that I grew up known as Malabon City. This recipe is very well known to have lot of recipes that are used to make the garnish and toppings. Ingredients may vary depending on the availability but the most common are the inclusion of different kinds of seafood such as shrimp, oyster, mussel, crab, squid etc. Malabon is famous for seafood since the town location is so closed to the sea where the fish trading is huge. Traditionally, it is served using bilao or the bamboo weaved tray or basket that makes it look so authentic and native Pinoy delicacy.
