Walking around Lipa City Batangas Philippines before the night time curfew. The new normal in Lipa City Batangas Philippines is probably like anywhere else: face masks, social distancing, age limitations, and curfews. I think most everyone is getting used to the new normal, and although the Philippines at the time of this recording is going through another lockdown in the Manila area, I have a feeling that things will start getting better.
