WILD HORSES OF OAK CREEK CANYON - Foal Birth

On this beautiful day August 3, 2012, while sharing the wild horses with friends, a foal was born right near where we were feeding the herd. We all had to scramble to get our cameras out and take pictures. Within an hour of birth, the foal was off walking with the band back out into the meadow. We named the foal August, when he was a yearling, he went to a new home in Arvin.
