Smoked Beef Ribs
Follow our recipe for juicy and flavorful meat, ready to fall off the bone.
Ingredients:
1 pack of beef plate ribs
Pitts & Spitts Steak seasoning
Hardcore Carnivore Black seasoning
Instructions:
Fire up your smoker and set the temperature to 275°. Give the meat a healthy coat of the P&S Steak seasoning. Be sure to coat all sides and pat in the seasoning. Then, coat the top of the meat with Hardcore Carnivore Black seasnoning. Place on the grill bone-side down and cook until the internal temperature is 205° - 210°. This can take anywhere between 3 and 5 hours. Remove the beef from the smoker and let them rest for at least 15 minutes. Slice, serve and enjoy!
