GLAMPOLITAN MAGNETIC LASHES FAIL

I am currently seeking a refund for this faulty Glampolitan magnetic lash kit. The tool to apply them just does not work and I need to provide proof of the issue I am experiencing before they will entertain a refund. So far they have offered me a (free) 25% off coupon for my next purchase which is just not satisfactory. The company is called ZEKESE ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD. and they have a very poor reputation on Trust Pilot.

The galmolitan.com website support system is fraught with errors and an annoying auto responder. As I have purchased through Paypal and have reverted to using their resolution process, I am now expecting a proper solution.

UPDATE: After sharing the link to this video which explains the issue (and provides proof of the fault), a refund was given instantly.
