Eclipse, Berkeley California

A bunch of neighbors were out enjoying the eclipse together, and one of us spotted these neat patterns on the side of someone's house. They are caused by light from the eclipsed sun filtering through the leaves of a tree. It's fun to think that, thousands of years ago, people could see a light show like this without any need to resort to video or computer effects!
