Meatraffle Live at The Lexington: Fundraiser for SXSW 2022 introduced by John Swale.
South London band Meatraffle has been invited to showcase their music in the US in March 2022. A similar trip was cancelled in 2020 due to COVID19 and the band has worked hard to get things back on track for another chance.

Whilst performing is part of the story, this goes deeper as the band and their management will look to meet and greet record company execs whilst in the US to secure a record deal to get their 3rd album out to a wider global audience.

Despite applying the band won't be receiving any funding from the PRS International Showcase Fund and with no label to support must finance the entire trip themselves.

We will be looking to do this via fundraising shows, exclusive merch and art ahead of the trip but with travel being even more expensive in this Brave New World we find ourselves in, we are also setting up a GoFundMe campaign to help make this dream a reality.

All contributions great or small will be gratefully received and used towards securing visas, flights, accommodation and other costs of the trip.
