What are the skills you need as a Data Scientist and what you need to know in 2021 to be a better Data Scientist and have an edge over the Data Science market.

If you're starting your data science journey, you have to meet a couple of prerequisites in order to actually start: one is knowing a programming language at least, preferably Python. And don't underestimate this step. The second is knowing SQL basics at least, the third is Statistics and the fourth is machine learning. These are the prerequisites.

So I'm going to talk about areas of interest that can actually offer you an edge if you start learning or if you improve them now. Because that's the real value, in being a better data scientist and machine learning engineer, not just striving for the average.
