Black Cat Melvin Chasing Me Like A Dog

Melvin is a stray black cat that I met for the first time on 3 February 2022. He appears to be at least one year old and well fed. It also looks to be his first time around here when I first saw him, perhaps he is somebody's cat because he is very friendly. But I always feared he was usually sitting in the middle of the road and not moving even if vehicles come toward him, I defended him many times and really fear for him.

This video was filmed 18 February 2022 (12:42PM). I saw him outside and he began chasing me when I ran around our area like this.
