Pochonbo Electronic Ensemble - Le Temps des fleurs (Дорогой длинною)

A North Korean version of the French cover of the Russian song "Дорогой длинною" (known in English as "Those Were the Days"). Yeah.

I had no idea about the middle part in Korean, so the lyrics are only written in French. If anybody could write down what they are saying in the beginning and what they are singing in Korean, I would be glad to add that as subtitles as well.

The Korean title is "슬픈 천사".
