YTPMV - Larry The Scatman (Feat. Spartan Dash)

I begin work on this project back in June of 2015. I uploaded a preview for it in April of 2016, but the relatively lukewarm reception to the preview caused me to rethink and eventually scrap the project in favor of focusing on other YTPs.
Looking back on it, I was already about 75% finished with it when I abandoned it, so I decided to just polish of the remaining 25% and finally finish it a good 6 years later.
