ROAD TRIP in Switzerland: Bern to Lauchernalp

After a very long day of international travel, we enjoyed our first full day in Switzerland. We arrived in Zurich the night before and took a train to Bern where we spent the night. The following morning we walked around the beautiful old town of Bern, including a Christmas Market.
We then took a road trip from Bern to Lauchernalp, which is a ski resort above the town of Wiler, in the canton of Valais. In this video you will see what it’s like driving through the Swiss Alps and what it’s like to take the gondola up a mountain. We are here on a family trip for Christmas and we even had a chance to celebrate my birthday!
