Tricks on the WORST longboard possible (no tails, broken trucks, heavy, wide,...)

I made this video to show you that you can do tricks with any longboard and to give you confidence in the fact that the board you have is perfectly fine to start out with!! This old Mindless board was once my first ever longboard, and I still hold it very dear. I still think the board was an awesome beginners board but at the moment, it's kind of the definition of a board that's not for tricks. It has no tails, the little things that do stick out are broken, chipped and not gripped... it's super heavy and wide, has broken trucks (dropthrough) and the grip is totally done. These are all the things people ask me about, whether this is why they have a hard time with learning tricks. The fact is... It's gonna take some time with any board so take what you have and have fun with it!!

Q: How old are you?
A: 19 years old from the 16th of February.

Q: How do I get a Crownboards?
A: On www.crownboards.com, boards are put online every week from now on. First it'll be a couple of boards a week but starting this summer, there will be bigger loads for sale every week :) Subscribe to their email list to know when they're uploaded!

Q: What editing program do you use?
A: Adobe Premiere Pro CC and sometimes After Effects for some extra's.

Q: What camera do you use?
A: I recently (April 2017) bought a Sony a6300 with the 16-55mm kitlens. I'm intended to upgrade the lens but I'm already super exited on the new camera! Before that, I always used a Canon 60D with 18-85mm lens (sometimes 50mm) and a Canon Legria HF G10.

Q: How long have you been longboarding?
A: I think I started in 2012, you can do the math ;)

Q: How long does it take to edit the videos?
A: When I started this channel, it took me about 8 hours for an 8min video. Now I can proudly say that I've probably cut it to about 6 or something. Still a lot though but when you count in searching for music, creating the description and other upload info,... It's quite understandable haha.

Q: How much does the Royal Tribe cost?
A: The board costs 199 euros without shipping.

Q: Does Crownboards ship to "..."?
A: Right now they can only ship EU, but this will expand soon and they're working hard to be able to ship to your country as soon as possible!
