Ismet's talk is a masterclass in the art of storytelling through film, providing a unique perspective on how to engage all the senses to craft unforgettable movies. Ismet Sijarina is a Film Director, Producer, Scriptwriter, Activist, and Professor living in Pristina, Kosovo.

Ismet is a staunch advocate of social issues, which has led him to be engaged in Documentary films for years.

His debut Feature Film, COLD NOVEMBER, premiered at San Sebastian's 66th International Film Festival in 2018, and the same had a Netflix release on November 2022, thus becoming the first nationwide film shown through this platform.

His films were screened and won numerous awards in many festivals, including San Sebastian, Thessaloniki, Sarajevo Film Festival, Zurich IFF, Bosporus, Goteborg, Karlovy Vary (Student's competition), RiverRun, goEast, Saint Louis, and more.
