It's a week later than initially intended as I - just for a change - lost a whole host of footage from my camera... I work in IT and simply don't have the best luck with technology. Sooo, this isn't either of the 2 videos that I wanted to make, but it's the video that we have. I found vlogging very difficult to do, and entirely unnatural. I plan to do some more later in the year so that I can get myself more accustomed to it. Life is too short to stay inside the comfort zone 😆😆 We only grow when we make ourselves uncomfortable.

I didn't find the time to do any plein air painting across the weekend - we were busy just enjoying being in each other's company after getting married. We kept the wedding small, but perfectly formed - and spent the day smiling and laughing. It was absolutely the perfect day for us, and neither of us would change anything about it.

I did complete 3 prompts from Draw Stuff Outside by the very lovely @EmmaNasebyArt. I've been wanting to get started in this book since I received it and it didn't disappoint. It transported me back to some more innocent times and got me doing crayon rubbings and drawing round objects - things I would never have considered doing without the prompt to point me in that direction.
