America's Wild Horses (1987)
Efforts to protect the wild horses of America. Included: a Government-run "adopt-a-horse" program in the Southwest, where most of the 50,000 steeds live; and a horse sanctuary in Montana's Pryor Mountains. Also: wild ponies on Assateague Island off the Maryland-Virginia coast.
