Crochet Hook: 5.mm and 4.5mm
Blue hat’s yarn color: turqua & pretty ‘n pink
Pink hat’s yarn color: Petal pink, pretty ‘n pink & shocking pink
Yarn brand: I’ve been using Redheart super saver for all of my hats’ projects.
Size for 1 to 3 yrs old

Rnd 1: Sc loosely in magic ring(counted as beg.hdc throughout rnds) then 8 HDC. =9Hdc
Rnd 2: Ch 1 & pull it tight, Sc loosely and hdc in same st, 2 hdc in each st around. =18hdc
Rnd 3: Ch 1 & pull it tight, Sc loosely in same st, fpdc in next post, (hdc in next 2 sts, fpdc in next post)- rpt 7 times. Hdc in last st. =9 fpdc & 18 hdc
Rnd 4: Ch 1 & pull it tight, Sc loosely in same st, fpdc in next post, (hdc in next 3 sts, fpdc in next post)- rpt 7 times. Hdc in last 2 sts. =9 fpdc & 27 hdc
Rnd 5: Ch 1 & pull it tight, Sc loosely in same st, fpdc in next post, (hdc in next 4 sts, fpdc in next post)- rpt 7 times. Hdc in last 3 sts. =9 fpdc & 36 hdc
