This is Los Jubilados del Caribe ('The Pensioners of the Caribbean'):-

Roberto on Double Bass, Juan Rodríguez on Cuatro, Laudelino Gonzalez on Rhythm Guitar and Lead Vocals & Rudy Daquín on Percussion.

This merry gang of musicians has brought joy to the streets of Santiago de Cuba since 2002, making this prime spot outside the Bacardi Museum in Santiago de Cuba their own. He they are serving us up some of their swashbuckling son with a unique take on Compay Segundo's / Buena Vista Social Club's classic 'Chan Chan'.
