Wilson County School District: Sensavis Showcase Presentation

On June 28th, the Center for Digital Education (CDE), in collaboration with the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE), at the fourth-annual Digital Content and Curriculum Achievement Awards (DCCAA) awarded Wilson County School District for successfully using digital content and curriculum to improve instruction and student engagement. Here's what the jury said:

"Immersing Students with 3D and Virtual Reality Content
With Wilson County’s 3D interactive programs, students experience advanced technology as well as create their own virtual reality content in subject modules for biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, geography and engineering. Wearing 3D glasses, students explore imagery while teachers use the software to explain difficult concepts. Students create their own virtual reality videos with audio for unit projects."
