7News spoke with a fourth-generation restaurant owner who’s bringing Hawaiian comfort food to the DMV.
Michael Wu first learned all about restaurants from his parents in DC’s Chinatown.
What Wu’s dad did know a lot about was how to cook great Chinese food. A few years after immigrating to the U.S., Wu’s dad brought his mom and sister. A few years after that, Michael was born.
