Ingredients (makes about 30 cookies)

4 cups of corn flour
1 1/2 cups of vegetable shortening
1 1/2 cups of power sugar
2 tbsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of baking powder
1 egg
1 tbsp of cinnamon

All purpose flour or corn flour
Sugar and cinnamon mix
