TTGO VGA32 without PSRAM 128, +2A, +3 and +3E
I have made a couple of tests about the modifications in the ZX Spectrum ramp069 emulator, to work the 128, +2, +3 and +3E mode without using PSRAM.
It seems that it passes the tests.
