Trash: Defiled/Alkosh/Ring of Wild Hunt
Lokk: Yoln/Worm/Earthgore
Yoln and Nahvi: Yoln/Alkosh/Lady Thorn

**Addition to MT'ing Lokk with Defensive Posture - if a flame atro LAs you it will eat up your cast of Def Post. This is why it's so important for the OT to grab the flame atros ASAP.
