Woodturning - Huge Spalted Beech Platter!

Turning an enormous platter of spalted beech. Nearly 18” in diameter. It was not an easy job, the wood was much more dense in some parts and impossible to balance. I’m amazed it stayed in one piece! Still, I managed it somehow and it is incredible. What a cool bit of wood! I hope you enjoy watching it.
