GRATITUDE IN MOTION | Seated Movement + Handpan Drum Sound Healing (Holiday Edition) 11/30/25
Welcome to Gratitude in Motion, a cozy holiday-season Power Move Session designed to help you ground, breathe, and reconnect to what’s real and supportive right now.
The holidays can be busy, emotional, overwhelming, or beautifully chaotic — which makes this the perfect moment to pause, breathe, and drop into embodied gratitude.
This session is your reminder that:
✨ Gratitude lives in the present.
✨You are here, you are alive, and that is enough.
Whether you’re feeling joyful, stretched thin, reflective, or somewhere in between… this space was created to bring you back home to yourself.
🌿 SESSION FLOW
✨ Theme: Grounded gratitude, heart expansion, embodied appreciation
🪑 All movements are fully seated
⏳ Duration: ~5–7 minutes of movement + 20+ minutes of Handpan sound healing
We start with soft, intentional movement to open the heart, settle the breath, and reconnect you to your center — then we drop into a soothing handpan sound bath to help your whole nervous system exhale.
THE MOVES + MANTRAS
MOVE 1: Heart-Open Sweep
Inhale arms wide, exhale hands to heart.
Mantra: “I am grateful for this breath.”
MOVE 2: Self-Embrace Circle
Sweep your arms around your body, wrap into a gentle hug.
Mantra: “I am grateful for this body.”
MOVE 3: Gratitude Reach + Receive
Reach up, draw the energy back to your heart.
Mantra: “I am grateful for my life.”
Move through the sequence once or twice — whatever feels good for your body today.
Then…
Let the handpan take you deeper.
Let the sound soften you.
Let yourself receive.
CLOSING MOMENT-
Hand on heart.
Hand on belly.
Deep breath in… slow breath out.
Say out loud:
💛 “Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.”
A simple celebration of presence, breath, and being alive in this moment.
📓 INTEGRATION JOURNAL PROMPTS
1. What shifted in my body or energy during this session?
2. What am I grateful for in this exact season of my life?
3. Where can I invite in more softness, presence, or appreciation this week?
