EASY Cayo Perico Heist Finale (9:52) Hard Mode & Elite Challenge (Velum w/ Guard Uniforms @ Airport)

IMO this is the absolute easiest way to run the heist. I only typically run it this way when the guard uniforms are right at the airport when you land on cayo perico to scope. You CANNOT run it this way every time! Cayo Perico goes through a cycle and moves the locations for the guard uniforms and grappling hook.

*** I had to switch the graphics settings in GTA on PS5 to "PERFORMANCE" in order to run Cayo Perico without it crashing. If you're having issues, definitely give that a try!***

When I see the guard uniforms at the airport, there are usually a couple grappling hook locations I check along the coast while scoping. It doesn't really take that much extra time if you cruise down the coast with the dirtbike when scoping and scope the grappling hooks.

Velum approach, make sure you buy suppressors (The type of guns don't matter) and also buy the weapon stash when setting up the finale. (The rest of the setup stuff doesn't matter if you jump off the island with the bike like I do. Pavel just changes what he says when leaving the compound after robbing the place depending on what locations you choose to escape).

I'm really bad at this game... I also get really frustrated if I have to attempt the heist multiple times so when the uniforms and grappling hook are in the right location like this, it makes it super easy. I don't even think I've ever even had to restart a heist running it this method... (that could be an exaggeration though, idk).

If you're stuck running the heist a particular way but you notice the guard uniforms at the airport, I'd give this run a try.
