What effect does honey have on my pizza dough? | Classroom Pizza

The third episode of Classroom Pizza explains the concept of Baker’s Percentage and gives you a platform by which you can begin your own pizza experimentation at home by playing with these percentages.

From there, your teacher Justin tries out our first hands-on experiment in the classroom by looking at the effect that honey (or any sweetening agent) has on pizza dough.
