Hanging Hat Ornament - Quilting Tips & Techniques

This video shows how to make a fun hanging ornament - Hanging Hat (maybe with a face!) using some fabric, fusible web, glue and sundry items such as pompoms and pipe cleaners. A great little project with lots of possibilities for a hanging ornament - make several into a garland, hang some on a tree, wear them as earrings, decorate a gift....so many ways to use them. Great to make with younger people too.
