SpaceX Boca Chica - Starship SN13 exists as SN8 readies for the big day

With Starship SN8 now receiving a preliminary launch date, the appearance of a labeled CH4 Header Tank finally confirmed there will be a Starship SN13. Previously, no sign of any SN13 hardware had been spotted. Also, SN9's nosecone now has both flaps attached.
