चप्पल नहीं, पानी नहीं क्योंकि गिनती नहीं | Ginti Karo | Rahul Gandhi

आज, देश में दलित वर्ग के लोगों की हालत अत्यंत दयनीय है। संविधान निर्माता Baba Saheb की जन्मभूमि के पास रहने वाले दलित परिवार छुआछूत का दंश झेल रहे हैं।

Madhya Pradesh के Bundelkhand में कुछ दलित महिलाओं से बातचीत हुई। उन्होंने भरी आंखों से उनके ऊपर रोज़ हो रहे अन्याय का दर्द बयां किया।

जातिगत भेदभाव के कारण इन Dalit महिलाओं को पांव में चप्पल पहनने की आज़ादी नहीं है, कुएं - तालाबों से पानी भरने की आज़ादी नहीं है।

पीढ़ी दर पीढ़ी इस भेदभाव को झेलती हुई आ रही है। मगर आने वाली पीढ़ियां भी अगर ये अभिशाप झेलेंगी तो ये भारत की स्वाधीनता, स्वतंत्रता पर एक गहरा दाग होगा।

इसलिए भारत को जातिगत गिनती के X-Ray की ज़रूरत है। छुआछूत जैसी गंभीर बीमारी के नाश के लिए, एक स्वस्थ, inclusive, equal समाज के निर्माण के लिए।
