200 K - THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART - Let’s celebrate with this 60 MIN FULL BODY WORKOUT - Cardio & Strength | 200 K HIIT Special | No Repeat!

After the warm up we get a quick round of bodyweight cardio HIIT, followed by a dumbbell round, adding resistance band part, burning more calories with another cardio round, Pilates inspired exercises and a smooth yoga stretching finale to polish off the lean muscles.

► DURATION: 60 minutes
► TIMER: 45 sec on, 15 sec off
► MUSCLES WORKED: full body
► INTENSITY: medium - high
► CALORIES BURNT: 630-810
► EQUIPMENT: optional dumbbells [I am using 2 kg / 5lb] / optional resistance band [I am using a medium resistance one]
► DIFFICULTY: intermediate-advanced
