10 Minutes to Front Splits
10 minutes is all you need, 3/4 times a week to achieve your split goals!
I’ve put together 4 dynamic yoga sequences you can do as many times as you like. Then 5 deep stretches, you should aim to hold these for a minimum of 30 seconds and be sure to stretch both sides not just your most flexible side!
