Senior Tory alleges MPs facing intimidation from No 10 over opposition to Boris Johnson

Tory MP William Wragg, the chair of the Commons public administration and constitutional affairs committee, has accused ministers and No 10 staff of trying to 'blackmail' MPs pushing for a confidence vote in Boris Johnson.
