Pt 2 -How to pulse programme a digital timer (Hager EG203E)

This is a second part of programing this particular digital timer to pulsate over very short intervals (ie 5 -10 seconds). I was asked by a public school because their existing schedule was changed and the office admin found it a challenge to reset it. I must say it's always a challenge to set these timers.
