Best Comps & Openers for Patch 14.4 | TFT Set 14 Challenger Guide

Patch 14.4 is the most balanced of Set 14 so far, with many different 4-cost fast 8 and fast 9 comps playable as well as a variety of reroll comps. There is even a 5 Cypher comp running around now after the buffs made to 4 and 5 Cypher.
