Baking Bread on a rainy day. We ground flour from Spelt Grain baked bread and Almond Flour Muffins

It was a dismal day outside. We weren't motivated to go walking in the woods or making photographs so we baked some home made bread from local Spelt Grain using our Bosch Kitchen Machine. While the oven was hot we also made raisin bread and some wonderful Keto Muffins, with a few raisins which my wife assures me don't count.
