This movie was made from footage collected by me during my travels and expeditions in the Altai mountains. Between 2012 and 2023. I was supported by many friends and associates. My beloved wife and children.
Without them, this movie wouldn't exist...

The action of the film develops in parallel, at once in several dozen locations of the Altai Mountains. And the main participants are the sky, water, mountains and the power of wildlife.

Golden Mountains - this is how Altai is translated from the Turkic languages. Indeed, a rare place on Earth can compete with the Altai Mountains in terms of natural wealth, amazing landscapes and cleanliness.

The Altai Mountains are a system of ridges located on the territory of several states of Eurasia - Russia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia and China. The Russian Altai Mountains, which are the highest part of Siberia, are located on the territory of two subjects of the country - the Altai Republic and the Altai Territory. The northern neighbor of the mountainous region is Novosibirsk Oblast, the eastern one is Kemerovo Oblast. "Siberian Alps", "Russian Tibet" - this is how this amazing place is called, attracting with its pristine beauty, power and grandeur. Rapid mountain rivers, crystal clear lakes, seething waterfalls, endless coniferous forests and alpine meadows - the generosity of the Altai nature fascinates and conquers forever. A vast section of the region, including the Ukok plateau, Katunsky and Altai reserves, Lake Teletskoye and Mount Belukha, is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List under the name "Altai-Golden Mountains".
