$100 dollars of wood, a broken saw and some sides for my trailer are almost done.
In today episode we try to put Sides on the trailer.
I’m the Grumpy Shop Teacher — a no-nonsense farm guy with a love for old iron.
I live in the scenic part of Western Illinois (a great state… ruined by idiots), where I collect and restore antique tractors of every color — as long as they fit the pocketbook. From rusty relics to running workhorses, I bring them back to life and put them to work on the farm.
Joining me is my son — the Grumpy Apprentice — learning the ropes, turning wrenches, and usually getting blamed when things go sideways.
If you like tools, tractors, and a healthy dose of sarcasm, you’re in the right place.

Yes, I’m working on hats — they’re coming soon. Maybe a Hoodie also.
