HOW TO MAKE CAJUN DIRTY RICE

Hello Everyone!! Today I’m sharing a Louisiana Cajun Fried Rice. This is great served with Fried Fish or Chicken. Thanks for your love and support. Have a wonderful blessed day!!

Cajun Dirty Rice

1 lb. Ground Beef
1 lb. Pork Sausage
1 lb. Ground Chicken Liver
1 medium Onion
1 Green Bell Pepper finely chopped
2 stalks Celery finely chopped
1 bunch Green onion finely chopped
2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
2 Cups Long Grain Rice
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tsp Sage
2 Bay Leaves
1 can Beef Broth or Stock 14.5 oz
1 can Chicken Broth or Stock 14.5 oz
Seasoned with Creole Seasoning to taste

Cover and Simmer for 25-30 mins
or until rice is completely done.
