Las primeras semanas de recuperación de mi cirugía de columna lumbar fueron las más importantes y en las que pude identificar diferentes síntomas y etapas. Creo que en este periodo la recuperación es tanto física como mental, toma paciencia, pero al pasar los días vas viendo la mejora.
