అతి చిన్న వయసులోనే ఫేస్బుక్ ను నెలకొల్పిన మార్క్ జుకెర్బెర్గ్ గురించి తెలియనివారుండరు అంటే అతిశయోక్తి కాదు. అలాగే ఇప్పటి పోటీ ప్రపంచం లో చూసుకుంటే ఎన్నో start up లు పుట్టగొడుగుల్లా పుట్టుకొస్తున్నాయి. మరి ఈ Business లని ఎవరో తలపండిపోయిన వారు నెలకొలుపుతున్నారు అంటే పొరపాటే. అతి చిన్న వయసులోనే ఎంతో మంది ఉద్యోగం వైపు మొగ్గు చూపకుండా start-up ప్రపంచం లోనికి అడుగు పెడుతున్నారు. అటువంటి ఒక young entrepreneur మన సంకర్ష చందా గారు. కేవలం 19 యేళ్ళ వయసులోనే తాను ఒక start-up నెలకొలిపి అందరిని ఆశ్చర్యపరుస్తున్నాడు. సంకర్ష చందా college drop out కానీ తాను నెలకొల్పిన saavat అనే fintech కంపెనీ ఎంత విజయవంతంగా ముందుకు సాగుతుంది. ఈ రోజు సంకర్ష చందా గారు తన ఈ జోష్ టాక్ ద్వారా start-up ప్రపంచం లో ఎత్తు పల్లాల గురించి అలాగే ఎవరైనా ఒక start-up మొదలు పెట్టాలి అంటే ఎంటువంటి మెళకువలు పాటించాలో విపులంగా పంచుకున్నారు.

Building a business or being an entrepreneur is not an easy task. But Sankarsh Chanda did it at an age of 19 years. Sankarsh, now 19, runs his startup named Savart, an online-offline wealth manager that enables people to make smart investment decisions. He shared his success story and business tips through the Josh Talks Telugu platform.

Sankarsh was 14 years old when he first read an article by Benjamin Graham. It raised his interest in stock markets, trading, and investing. Since then he started studying and researching those topics. By the age of 16, Sankarsh started freelancing and drew up investment strategies for individual clients. When he was 17 years old, Sankarsh published his first book Financial Nirvana in 2016. Today he is running a successful Fintech startup. He tells us what are essential ideas required for entrepreneurs who have business ideas or even small business ideas. If you want to succeed in business then you have to take note of the valuable lessons given by Sankarsh.

He tells us that you might have many business ideas but in any business idea customer is the key. It is all about adding value to the customer's life. He had spoken to 800 people from different states of India before he actually started his startup. He also tells us that any startup or business should make customers' lives better. He also learned a lesson when he spoke to 800 different people, He started to realize that his customers need simplicity rather than sophistication.

He tells us the other qualities required are passion, dedication, flexibility, innovation. You need to have that passion for your business which gives you the enthusiasm to move forward. Because the startup world is fast moving in nature. You need to take action on your ideas at the quickest and keep experimenting. You also need to have a strong belief in your opinion but you need to be flexible enough to change them when required.
